The early bird catches the worm!

The blackbirds are busy feeding their young and I have watched them for a few days filling their beaks with tasty worms. There was a sharp frost overnight but by midday you could feel the warmth of the sun. Bring it on. There was even a peacock butterfly sunning itself on the grass. Went to the market and bought some geraniums as I feel, on the 1st of May, we are out of the worst of the cold weather. We shall see but I remain optimistic!
