Summer fruits

Tasty too, fresh British strawberries and crème fraiche.
Managed a 10 km run out along the trails in typical British, late summer, heavy rain showers. Quite mindful after a warm shower and putting on some dry clothes.
Had a wonderful chat with my eldest son Ben this evening, for over 10 years now a resident in London Ontario. He’s having a “health week”……..a weeks holiday focussing on tackling health issues both physical and mental. Always an imaginative and talented artist Ben, together with his partner Hazel both have successfull careers in the computer games industry.
