Before the deluge

Lunchtime started out warm and dry but by 2pm the air was cooling, the breeze had started and the rain was clearly on the way. By 4pm it was pouring out and I got the bus home.

It was a day of meetings, but also some decisions and some tasks assigned so there was some progress.

Am halfway through reading a novel for a book club I've just joined. It's not something I would usually read, and hasn't turned out at all as I thought it would on the first page. Interesting...
