This is Harry Inscoe, 60 years old at the Chubb Building in Wolverhampton on 9/10/1918 - a lock maker. Despite increasing mechanisation there was still a place for craftsmen. Been working in the Chubb Building today, it retains much of the old building inside and out but is now lots of offices
