…some calmer moments today! He has had 13km of walking!

Stuck “Murder on the Orient Express” on in the afternoon as a very heavy rain shower with thunder and lightening was playing havoc with the satellite TV!

That shower also put paid to Buncle and my run…week three of the C25K will need to start tomorrow!

Grateful that we got the lunchtime Weim wander done before that rain started.
