New arrivals

Very heavy rain this morning. Calmed down later, so we went out for a walk and bought a couple of things from Lidl. ‘G’s’ sons caught 6x bream yesterday and she asked if Mr B will prepare some for dinner with them tomorrow night.

I’ll take up a tray of roasted stuffed (with parsley & walnuts) peppers. Will make in the morning.

Finally ordered a couple of Aspall glasses, meant do that for ages. They arrived today and we’ve just enjoyed a glass of cider.

I need to get ready, we’re off to see Prima Facie at the Lighthouse in Poole. We rarely go to the cinema (and never to the theatre), preferring to watch from the comfort of our home. Friends insisted it’s not to be missed. We’ll see.
