No flies on me.....

but lots on the poor cows!  Went for another creek wander today, but in the opposite direction in the hope of spotting the kingfishers but no show on that front! Did get to walk through a field of cows though and the park ranger was there so gave me a walk and talk through all about the redpoll cows that they breed on the Salvation Army land! Very interesting it was too!  

Very quiet on the wildlfe, and people front again out there, so just nice to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Ooh and I got my some of my 5 a day by helping myself to the blackberries that are still out in abundance!

  Had another big storm overnight so that didn't help my sleep! Wonder if we'll get another one tonight!
