Gull on a post

Yesterday evening, I joined the ringers in Daresbury at their ringing practice. Tonight it is the practice night in the village where we are staying. It is always pleasant to visit other towers when travelling as the welcome you receive is guaranteed. I had a walk around the village this morning before driving over to see our son and daughter-in-law for lunch in the local cafe. The baby behaved himself and slept through in his pram.
