A walk in the woods…

My osteopathy doc told my this morning to have a walk to strech out my right leg and hip. Have had increasing pain the last days. Have started to use a walking stick to be able to move myself. The doc checked my leg, discovered what was wrong, pulled bent and streched it a while, told me what to do to get rid of my pain. I was relieved when I left his office able to walk without my stick and pain. However, the pain came back after a short while but happy to know what I have to do. Thus I made a 8 km walk in the woods this afternoon equal to 12000 steps. I will follow up at a training center to strenghten my leg.
