Another Fungus Blip

Well, I had spotted this ‘potential’ blip the other day - although it was much, much smaller then! So today ,as it was forecast for rain most of the day - which actually did not happen - I popped to the woods for my photo.

This is Dryad's Saddle - which does grow very large. To make the image I created three focus stacks (with 10 images in each). One set was over exposed, one set under and one set at the camera meter setting! The three resulting stacked images were then merged to create a final HDR image!!
