a copy of the Contax that was made in west Germany prior to the Second World War .
The production lines were reassembled in Germany after the war where a small number of these cameras were manufactured , before production was moved to the Arsenal Factory in Russia where the cameras continued to be manufactured until the mid 1980s.
Amazingly this camera was in production in various forms for 50yrs some achievement.
