A trip to the desert!

Ok, as you may have guessed, not the desert but a strange cafe/garden centre that I visited this morning with a friend to celebrate her birthday. The lovely hospice carer kindly offered to stay a little longer so I had a whole 70mins to myself!

Aside from this morning’s yummy cake and good old natter, it’s been a strange and difficult day. Patient No2 unwell, and, cutting a very long story short, I think Toff must’ve been attacked by another cat last night. Fingers crossed I can get an emergency appointment tomorrow. It just never ends...
