Sunflower

This was grown from a seed sent to me by blipper Squat Betty. It’s come out in the last couple of days. It’s still been sunny every day up to now. It had rained in the night though.
I read a letter in the paper from some moaning pensioner who claimed it costs £5 to roast a chicken. Norm checked how much it cost to cook our meal in the oven tonight and it was 20.67 pence for the first hour. One ring on the hob was on as well for 20 mins. I know we will all feel the pinch and it will be terrible for a lot of households but ridiculous claims like that are totally unhelpful.
