Wellness Walking & Talking

Our regular Monday with a few of the regulars. 
Whilst we were out we got a new, unelected, Prime Minister. Perhaps they'd like to come for a walk with us one day and listen to just how scared and worried they are about what the future holds.
We sat a long whiles on a bench watching the tide swirl this way and that, often with no discernable pattern, much like life.
