Mexican Tacos

Took pictures at a tienda in Siler today. They let me into the kitchen. I made friends with this man named Alesco. He was making Mexican tacos. Which means it has like every part of the animal in it. Like eyeballs etc. He kept calling me back to show me the tongue and anything else that would get a reaction out of me. He seemed to enjoy it.
