Jane works with my wife Jenny.

Today, Jane and Jenny were manning a stall at a community event in Little Hulton - one of the more deprived areas of Salford.

Of course, as at most outdoor events, there was a lot of rain - even though it has been wall to wall sunshine (almost) all week.

This did not seem to bother the locals as their hoodies kept the rain off fine. In fact, they seemed to have a great time and many cans of special brew were quaffed!
