Wurzburg's Residence

A beautiful baroque palace which was originally built for one man to live in. He was the prince-bishop of the Schonborn family. It is now owned by the town council. The gardens are spectacular, based on Versaille but also reminded us of Hampton court palace. I decided it was time for a selfie with the flying fox.
I had a quiet afternoon while Wayne went for an energetic walk up the hill behind the old town. I caught up on some rest.
