Food porn

Bad things:

- Minnie barking her bum off in the early hours at a fox on the lawn just in front of the window.

- Trip to dentist - why can't they develop scale and polishing techniques which don't involve (a) excruciatingly bright lights in the eyes, (b) nerve-janglingly high-pitched machinery, and (c) a nauseatingly flat examination couch, three things that SAH-survivers find very hard to tolerate.

Good things:

- Seeing a beautiful fox at close quarters - he stared directly at us for some time before sashaying away to next door's garden with a swish of the magnificent fluffy tail.

- Lunch at Dobbies with friend E - we had healthy soup, not these bad boys.

- A text message from someone admiring my photos at The Invisible Disability exhibition at the Brink, and asking if one in particular was for sale.
