Wedding fun

Today was a big day for this lovely lady. We were lucky enough to be able to celebrate with Nicola and Daniel at their wedding this morning. A happy service, in a packed church, full of their family and friends.

Then Jon and I went in to Norwich to do some browsing and a bit of shopping, plus coffee and people watching.

We drove to Waxham Barns on the east coast, for the wedding reception at 4pm where we met up with Heather and Neil, and Krissie from work. Heather, Krissie, Nic and I are all in the same team, so it was nice to see them out of the work setting (and also in person, as we are usually just images on a computer screen)

We enjoyed a lovely hog roast, with live music from a ceilidh band, and watching the family really enjoy the company of one another as they danced! The 5 of us took an early evening walk down to the sea and along the beach before returning to the 16th century barn - the perfect setting for this couple to celebrate.

We left after dark and wound our way back across country via Tesco at Stalham. Now enjoying a cup of tea before bed!
