Mini Golf Masters
Such a lovely day today...Nate got his wish (Asha's was packet sandwiches) today - a ride on a double decker bus at the top. Very exciting all round, ha! The kids, Mom and me bussed it to Mere Green to potter in a couple of charity shops and get some treaty bits too. Nate was utterly delighted to find a little leather jacket for 3,50 that looks just like Uncle Lozz's biker jacket. he's now wanting only Uncle Lozz-like clothes...he also said he'll be needing a motorbike helmet with an inbuilt 'supervisor' hahahaha! I was delighted to find the entire St Clare's books. I loved those as a kid.
Home again, once again on the double decker bus (see extra for Nate at the top in his snazzy new jacket, and another of us on the way there). Then it was off to see Gill for an 18 holes of mini golf in the park. The course was absolutely fantastic! Safe to say we all absolutely loved it. Lots of yelling and cheering, from all of us.
Home for a delicious tea and then a movie and popcorn. What a fab day.
Today I'm grateful for;
1) Hearing from Danny tonight. 9pm and his day of teaching has only just ended.
2) Nate's easy delight in buses and jackets.
3) The fun of mini golf with Gill.
