Rusty Crap

Took a walk downtown this morning. 
The monthly artisan craft market was running, had a look. 
The local tool lending library had a stall and were selling random surplus stuff and I bought these three files for £1 each. 
The expert selling them suggested I might consider treating them with anti rust paint to get rid of any rust. I suggested I might use them as files and that this would get rid of any rust.
This was all I bought, craft fairs aren't my thing.
