Sofa day

I had no excuse not to do the parkrun this morning. After all the rough walking in Mull I was a bit tired and I welcomed the dreich afternoon as a chance to do nothing. 
Eight seconds off my pb, although I did manage another couple of kilometres after sociable interlude. I think I need to start a bit nearer the front.
