Silly Saturday

Down in the dumps. Having postponed my Dordogne roadtrip for the third year in a row, Plan B was for a short roadtrip around Kent and the south coast, leaving today. As reinforcements still haven’t arrived from Singapore, that trip has now been cancelled. So in my half hour of freedom this morning I treated myself to three books, two set in France and one set in a Scottish castle at Christmas. A girl can but dream... Oh, and I bought a box of Mince Pies, and ate one, in September!
