Can't wait

I can't wait for this sunflower to open. If I remember correctly it was meant to be a dwarf variety but that doesn't seem to have worked as it now stands at at least 160 cm. It's the only seed of about five that has made it past the slugs so it is a survivor.
Got more brambles today and am currently extracting juice to make jelly tomorrow.
Oh and that sirup/cordial I made yesterday? Yep, it's jelly!
