SPOT THE ODD ONE OUT - ON SILLY SATURDAY

Hello Lovely Blippers,

As this Saturday, being the first in the month, is especially dedicated to dear Admirer, we thought we would play a game in the HCBs’ garden, so after  much deliberation, we decided that we would all climb up Mr. HCB’s contraption, before he takes it down for the winter.

There aren’t many runner beans on this particular contraption, but we did manage to pick a few for the HCBs to have with their roast chicken tomorrow.  We started climbing - and it was quite difficult - we’re still not sure how Laura Lamb got to the top, but she got a Gold Star for making it right up there!

And then…when Mrs HCB put the photographs on her computer, we saw someone in the background who isn’t part of the Silly Saturday Gang! We’re sure you will recognise the hat and you can see by his face that he’s not very happy! :-(

We were all well camouflaged by the leaves but you can see Mr. HCB quite clearly - ah well, we’re sure he didn’t really mind.  We didn’t knock any beans off as we climbed and we think Admirer would laugh - especially at the funny face being pulled by Mr. HCB.

Mrs HCB is feeling a lot better and we’ve told her that she needs to get back to blipping soon, so we hope she will - in between resting, of course.  That horrible virus certainly made her feel very poorly - we are just glad that Mr. HCB didn’t get it and nor did any of us.
