Running

I spent the morning writing and recording meditations for my online course I'm creating. Felt quite spaced out after it! They are now uploaded onto the course. I then decided to have a wee 2 mile run with Dris our first in Canada. Dris was really keen and set out at quite a pace! Anyway we enjoyed it!
