Chennai

Last day in Chennai (formerly Madras) - visiting Triggerhappyfi for the weekend. Now back in Mumbai and catching up on blip-world!

After visiting the sights (ahem) yesterday, such as the temples and churches, today was less hectic, with a few hours by the pool followed by a 'thali' lunch in a local restaurant. Then it was soon time to leave, after a great weekend, heading back to the airport in a tuk-tuk (check out their tuk-tuk website!), with Balu this time at the wheel, for our Jet Airways flight back to Mumbai.

It's like returning to civilisation coming back here - Chennai was dirty, chaotic, smelly and bustling - Mumbai is more of the same, but with a slightly more glossy veneer!
