Smaller Budget

Usually this shopping center summer display is overflowing with flowers, including in the little window boxes and a derelict car and bicycle.  This year I noticed a different company has the job and went very simple, probably due to budget constraints.

An EB on another busy day.  Preparing for the next batch of visitors and a party on Monday.  No rest for the wicked.  And, posted on the wrong day.  Not sure how I went off the rails again.  Probably by posting the day before from my phone.
