Some impressive Sunflowers at the garden this morning.
Today I sanded a children's table and chair, cut planks for the bothy's floor and we moved the shed so we could take the current floor off. That took 5 of us, and it felt good to have done it.
There were several times where I just wanted to leave and was close to tears but I managed to stay using the techniques my therapist and I discussed yesterday.
I felt drained as I left. I also left with some milk, pasta, and a punnet of nectarines. Asda had called S to say she had excess food for the service. The milk; the Morrison's label had been put on it but delivered to Asda so there was lots of milk going free!

A lazy afternoon followed.
