My turn to blip a tulip

We are so lucky to have such a lovely show of tulips this year. I thought it was time I blipped one in flower. This is a beautiful, velvety colour, with crazy serrated edges to the petals.

Mind you, if the photo had been sharper I'd have blipped one of the 12 lily beetles I caught this evening. I caught another 20 on Sunday. I probably enjoy squashing them a bit more than is healthy, but they have munched some if the lilies really badly. Grrrrrr. I wish the birds found them tasty, then they'd be slightly useful.
