Black Agnes

Spotted this rowing boat on the canal this morning as I was cycling to yoga. Its from Dunbar and is normally used for coastal rowing. I think its going to Falkirk and back over the next couple of days.
Yoga was good as was the coffee after.  Later I am afraid we received difficult news about a friends health.
We also went for a walk in Redford Woods,
 Colinton for an explore and to pick blackberries.
