A murky and humid day

Yesterday’s forecast of lots of sun was wrong, as we had lots of rain in the afternoon. I went to Charlestown first thing this morning, hoping for some fresh sea air. There wasn’t any!

I always like watching the ‘jumpers’ but there weren’t many today, and there were no somersaults. I’m hoping next week will be quieter re too many tourists, as the schools go back. There will be a smaller wave of older tourists without children of age, so as prices go down they appear. They can usually be spotted because their clothes seem brand new, and are mostly  beige. They are the Beigeists!
