WTF

You know those nice deals that the city makes with private companies to keep the street in good shape etc. Well, here we have again one nice example of the issue as one short underpass under the railway near my work place has been left untouched.

Yes the bikelane on both sides is cleaned properly but the underpass itself has approx. 1cm layer of that rock stuff they use during winter to "sand" the streets, so that they are not slippery. Pretty dangerous place as the underpass is having a turn and people are coming pretty fast from both sides due to small hill.

Come on! It cannot be that hard, or can it..?
