UAE State visit to Windsor

Today dawned bright and beautiful, a perfect spring day and ideal weather for photographing today's big event in Windsor, the State Visit of the President of the UAE , the third consecutive State Visit in Windsor by a Gulf State.

This time I positioned myself at the top of the Long Walk, enabling me to see the procession arriving down Park Street and then slowing right down and sweeping around to enter the Castle grounds through the Cambridge Gate.

I wonder whether the Queen will raise this thorny issue.

It was difficult deciding which image to load from this State visit set.
