Sweet Peas

These sweet peas were a thoughtful gift from one of my yoga students Anne in class this morning.
Sweet peas are one of my favourite flowers.
In the afternoon I drove to Annan and taught a class at Kate’s Kitchen .
I shared a smiling meditation in both yoga classes, a practice I enjoy
