The River Wye

I've felt rough all day and just couldn't wake up but did eventually get up and sleep on the sofa, Until a neighbour called in for a coffee and catch-up.
I needed to go into nearby Ross on Wye (Herefordshire) to get some bread and milk and stopped to get the aerial view along the River Wye of St Mary's Church that dominates the town and skyline. It was very quiet and it looks like most of the tourists have gone home!

This weeks W-I-D-E on Wednesday Challenge has the theme 'bar or restaurant' and it was fun narrowing down the choices. Steveng takes over for the whole of September so it'll be good for me to be on the other side!
