After a day in the temple of doom it seemed like the best thing to do was to take the lazy lurcher down to the beach for a bracing stroll along the wind blown shore . Cobwebs and dust duly blown from inside my noggin!

It's all hotting up on the Masterchef front...time to settle down with a small midweek wine and enjoy!
