2022 Wednesday — Walking

This was a casual “do-nothing major” kind of day. We didn’t have to be or go anywhere and we were not expecting anyone. “Relaxing” is the best description I can assign to this day.

Late in the day we made a short drive to Morro Bay to walk the pups at the back bay and then I walked from Tidelands Park to Tognazzini’s Restaurant; my time was 24 minutes and some seconds. I’m not power walking; I’m simply walking to improve my osteoporosis.

Our evening was as leisure and lovely as our day.
