Two Steps Forward

Dear O'H dear & Lovely Tea Jenny,

We went through to The Eldest Mini Princess’s flat today, thinking we’d have a bit of a tidy and that would be it all done. Unfortunately Shane, the bathroom fitter, hadn’t been all that tidy. I’d expected to do some paint touch-ups but I had to fill TWENTY *insert swear word* dents in the ceiling (fknose what he was doing) before repainting half of it, and 2 walls in the bedroom…and a wall in the hall!

It was a bit disappointing but it looked great again after we had finished. Shane still has to do the sealing tomorrow and then it should be all done!

I went to see Choir of Man with Kitty Cat at the fringe tonight and it was brilliant. It’s a singing, dancing, drinking show where the stage is set as a pub*. There is even a working bar on the stage which serves pints to the audience before the start of the show!

The music was great, the singing was great. The show was complete and utter joy!
