Finally got round to sorting the application for a free bus pass today. Photo taken, forms filled in and dropped off at the library. 
I took a wander the long way home and passed this on the church railings. 

Later I got an unexpected call from the doctor, explaining the steps to be taken in reducing and stopping meds and starting new ones. It's a little quick for my liking but I know I have to do it. 
Also told to  get more bloods taken to check my kidney function the same week as my ultrasound. 

It has been a struggle to keep going today , the thoughts never far away.  All the more reason to do the change over of meds.
