Who needs Fisher Price?

Had to work again today so it was another day with the Grandparents for Audrey (see pic). This time up at their farm, while I made phone calls and typed next door.

She didn't seem to mind at all. In fact when my Mum opened the car door, she let out a delighted little coo as if to say, "Hello Grandma, it's you again!"

My Mum had collected a mixing bowl full of household objects for Audrey to play with on the carpet including an old cassette, some ribbon, bows and a jelly mould. Who needs Fisher Price? Not Audrey, that's for sure!

Saw my Grandma walking through the village after she'd had her hair done on the way home so stopped for a lovely chat before braving the M60.

Working again tomorrow and this time my husband and his parents take over the childcare. Am pining for a bit of 'Audrey and I' time to be honest so looking forward to Thursday when she's all mine again. Mwah ha ha!!!!
