Buying a new car

Today I went to the Mercedes/Smart dealer, the Audi dealer and the Volkswagen dealer. I was in the market for a Smart ForTwo, an Audi A1 and a VW Polo. Without even trying, I got £790 off the Smart, £400 off the Audi and £555 off the Polo. Tomorrow I go back to put the squeeze on, and n-n-n-negotiate!

The most useful things I got out of my visits were cups of tea and coffee, and biscuits to sustain me. I test drove a Polo, which was a bit lacklustre, lacking in torque and small inside.

Now some revision, which should have been happening in the morning too!
