Our wide westward view

Looking west from our front fence the view looks over farmland (mostly dairying) and ultimately to the wind turbines on the Te Uku Wind Farm  and to the left on the horizon is beautiful Mt Karioi which overlooks Raglan Harbour on the West Coast.

My extra is astonishingly , the first rose of summer!!! Admittedly , I gave them all some encouragement in the form of liquid blood and bone , but August 31st is ridiculous!
