Induction

Today has been at least 6 weeks long.

Linda left me to welcome and induct our two new recruits; it was tedious for us all.

I know it has to be done as the ground rules need to be laid but the schedule that Linda planned out for us was really hard going.

Rome wasn’t built in a day and we’ve already had one newbie quit on day one after she was overwhelmed by all the info that was thrown at her, so I’ve done my best to keep it informal, yet informative. :-)
