It really is wonky! (the photo doesn’t do it justice).

Arrived in Italy with the family - first time we’ve had a family holiday since 2019.

Our accommodation is lovely, authentically Italian with wonderful views.
In true family style, it has been amazing weather up til now, but since we’ve arrived it’s been thunder, lightening and rain!

We had a pizza evening with our hosts tonight. We expected pizza and dessert but got battered sage and courgette flowers, figs and spicy sausage, followed by a chick pea speciality only in this region (cooked in the wood fire), then a cheese focaccia, then the pizza, then dessert, then limoncello, then coffee.
It was a fun evening.
We’re all zonked now.
I only had one hours sleep last night and 20 mins on the plane. So it’s an early night tonight!
