ELECTRIC AND BLUE

I've seen this little van across town a lot, and finally followed it until it stopped.

The owner, a friendly fellow, was willing to talk to me about it and others like it.

Electric powered, it is a Chinese import converted by a company in California.

Now why can't we do the whole thing here?!?!
