Otis

After doing some draft promotion case feedback for someone in a cafe first thing I packed up and set off south. Quite a long slog….got diverted to avoid the emptying out of the Leeds festival and then a couple of sets of road works and a lot of traffic. I also had to pull into a service station at one point to have a rest….luckily managed one of those deep micro sleeps so after 10mins felt very refreshed and carried on.
Went straight to the hospital to see P, who is much better than he was although basically now bed bound….he can’t walk without an aid and two people to help. The plan remains for him to go home with carers coming in 4 times a day. Not yet sure that that will work but that’s partly what I’m here to find out. Chatted for a while then over to T&Kt’s where they’d made supper (very tasty beef pilau). Chatted on about P, A&N’s house hunting and various family dogs then we all felt whacked out so went to bed before 10!
Didn’t take any photos today but K sent me a photo of 5week old Otis…looking cute and like his cousins
