Strava Day 455. Indoor yoga, forest bath and reading done. Finished "Deadly Sins" (the book from Kathy). Read Joyce Carol Oates' essay on Despair. Among the essays in the book, found it to be the most readable even if she used a lot of big words.

Blipping while waiting for B and T to get up. It's T's real first day (face to face classes). It's quarter to six here and he has to be in his class by 7 AM.

Featured photo is 1/2 of my breakfast earlier: rolled oats. Did not plan this shot but definitely made a little effort composition wise. Just happen to notice the heart shape. In the background are two of my favorite mugs from Baguio City: BPC's (Baguio Photographers Club) and Studio Cafe's (a cafe along Session Road owned by one of the senior photographers/members of BPC.
