Sad Topsy

Not an ideal day on a cruise ship today. I spent half of last night in the bathroom getting rid of something bad I had eaten then I spent all of today in our cabin recovering. There were plenty of boats and ships passing but I did feel like I was wasting a day. I have managed to eat a tiny amount tonight and hope to be back to normal tomorrow. Fingers crossed. 
This speed boat passed by at a huge speed and neither occupant was wearing a life jacket.
