Long Mynd with the GOATS

I can’t remember what I used to do with a Bank Holiday before I started running up hills but it was fairly inevitable that I’d be out with these mountain goats today. We covered the South section of the Mynd which went past the glider club and to the mostly southerly part of the hills. Eva’s husband, Mike, should have been gliding today but the wind stopped play and so we bumped into him having a wander which was super lovely.

My third hilly half marathon of the month in the bag and so we celebrated with the most excellent pub lunch and pint.
